Since we provide custom software solutions based on client specifications we cannot provide refunds.

Customer Satisfaction Policy
We want every customer to be satisfied with our service. If you are not, we will stop work immediately and charge only for the work completed to date.

Fees
Our fee for website maintenance and updates is $85/hour. For larger projects we always provide a fixed quote based on the information and specifications you provide to us. This way, you will always know your total commitment. If, during the development of your site, you decide to include additional features, we will quote you separately for this work.
